When you submit our contact form to request a demo, pricing information, or support, we collect the information you enter: first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, the reason for your inquiry, and your message.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, follow up about our software, and — if you become a customer — to set up and manage that relationship. Form submissions are delivered to our sales team by email via Microsoft Azure Communication Services; we do not maintain a separate marketing database of form submissions on this website.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — for example, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use the following tools for this:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage and traffic analytics. Uses cookies to distinguish visitors.
• HubSpot — helps us understand how visitors interact with the site and follow up with sales inquiries. Uses cookies and similar identifiers.
• Vercel Analytics — aggregate, privacy-preserving page-view analytics used to monitor site performance. Does not use cookies to track individual visitors and runs regardless of your cookie choice below.

Because Google Analytics and HubSpot use cookies, we only load them after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, those scripts are not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to inquiries, including Microsoft Azure (email delivery and hosting), Google (analytics), HubSpot (analytics and follow-up), and Vercel (hosting and analytics) — each acting on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments — or when required to comply with law, protect our rights, or investigate fraud or security issues.

5. Data retention

We keep contact form inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where applicable, manage the resulting business relationship. Aggregate analytics data is retained by our analytics providers according to their own retention settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses.
