Accessibility Statement

Packway Pre-Sales Suite is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (opens in new tab) level AA. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most content conforms, and remediation of the remaining items identified in our most recent audit is in progress.

Evaluation methods

The accessibility of this website was assessed in July 2026 through a manual code audit, automated testing with axe DevTools and Lighthouse, and manual keyboard navigation testing. Screen reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver) is part of our ongoing verification process.

Known limitations

  • Captions for the product demonstration videos are being verified and, where missing, will be added or complemented with text transcripts.
  • Some third-party embedded content (such as the Vimeo video player) may not be fully accessible; we rely on the provider's accessibility support for those components.
